Workouts for Busy MomsIf you’re a mom you know that your time is very valuable. There just isn’t enough hours in the day to get everything done, never mind workout. That is why my favorite “Workouts for Busy Moms” is High Intensity Interval Training

I know you’ve heard the term a thousand times but there’s a simple reason why High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the best program for fat loss. When you do a cardio session at the same pace for an extended period of time, like riding a bike or doing the elliptical machine, your body goes into what is called steady state. This means your body will adjust to the amount of energy you are putting out and tries hard to conserve energy/calories in order to maintain this steady state. HIIT training is designed to trick your body into burning more FAT by confusing it.

The best part is that you can do an effective workout in just 20 minutes that is equal to spending hours in the gym. I am a mom of 3 and make sure that every morning I take 20 minutes to workout and I have seen dramtic results.

Are you ready to burn more fat with HIIT? The easiest way is to warm up at a good pace for 5 minutes then kick up the intensity and go as hard and fast as you can for one full minute. Bring it back down to reality for a minute or two and repeat! Try this for 20-30 minutes and if your doing it right you’ll likely want to hurl but it’s bearable and your scale with love you!
