Most people don’t eat before a workout because they are afraid it will negatively impact there workout.  However just the opposite is true. Eating a snack of protein and carbs right before and after working out speeds muscle growth and recovery.  Smoothies are a great quick and easy way to get a protein boost after a workout.

4.  Salad is Your New Best Friend

Salads are great for weight loss because they deliver wildly important nutrients that aid weight loss.  Your goal is to consume as many leafy greens as you can.

5.  Eat Breakfast

This is the number 1 diet mistake that women make, they don’t eat breakfast.  When you wake up, your body is fuel deprived. If you don’t eat, you lower your metabolism, starve your muscles, and wind up taking in most of your calories late in the day.
