In order to help you strengthen your willpower muscle we have put together 4 simple tips.  . Put them into practice, and pretty soon that cheesy slice of pizza or chocolate doughnut will be no match for your mental strength.</p>
<p><strong>1.  Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals</strong></p>

Going too long without eating makes your blood sugar plummet. That leaves you with a raging appetite that can overpower your best intentions to eat well. If you have small meals every three to five hours, your blood sugar stays stable, preventing the wallop of a sugar low that will leave you vulnerable to overeating.</p>

There just isn’t enough hours in the day to get everything done, never mind workout.  That is why my favorite “<strong>Workouts for Busy Moms</strong>” is  High Intensity Interval Training</p>
<p>I know you’ve heard the term a thousand times but there’s a simple reason why High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the best program for fat loss. When you do a cardio session at the same pace for an extended period of time, like riding a bike or doing the elliptical machine, your body goes into what is called steady state.  This means your body will adjust to the amount of energy you are putting out and tries hard to conserve energy/calories in order to maintain this steady state.   HIIT training is designed to trick your body into burning more FAT by confusing it.</p>
<p>The best part is that you can do an effective workout in just 20 minutes that is equal to spending hours in the gym.  I am a mom of 3 and make sure that every morning I take 20 minutes to workout and I have seen dramtic results.</p>
<p>Are you ready to burn more fat with HIIT?  The easiest way is to warm up at a good pace for 5 minutes then kick up the intensity and go as hard and fast as you can for one full minute.  Bring it back down to reality for a minute or two and repeat!  Try this for 20-30 minutes and if your doing it right you’ll likely want to hurl but it’s bearable and your scale with love you!</p>

One of the main reasons, aside from what should be eaten, is the difference in opinions on whether we should eat less in order to shed some pounds or whether we should eat more to lose weight. The logical thinking would be that you eat less, you weigh less, as many diets will also have you believe.</p>
<p>The truth is more and more experts now are disagreeing with this common belief though, and telling us that the real key is to start a regimented diet that leads us to eat more to lose weight.  However, you can’t just eat anything and expect to lose weight which is why we put together this article to give you tips on exactly what you should be eating to lose weight</p>
<p><strong>1.  Fruits and Vegetables</strong></p>
<p>I know you’ve heard this one over and over again but your goal is to fill your body with as many fat-discouraging nutrients as possible, and the very best sources of them are fruits and vegetables.  Your goal is to include fruits and vegetables in every meal and most snacks. Eat these slimming foods first. You&#8217;ll consume fewer calories from other foods, and the fiber will help reduce blood-sugar swings that lead to hunger.</p>
<p><strong>2.  Protein</strong></p>
<p>Protein helps build muscle which in return burns more fat.  Aim to eat between 0.54 and one gram of protein per pound of body weight. Base this on your goal body weight</p>
<p><strong>3.  Eat Before and After Exercise</strong></p>
<p>Most people don’t eat before a workout because they are afraid it will negatively impact there workout.  However just the opposite is true. Eating a snack of protein and carbs right before and after working out speeds muscle growth and recovery.  Smoothies are a great quick and easy way to get a protein boost after a workout.</p>
<p><strong>4.  Salad is Your New Best Friend</strong></p>
<p>Salads are great for weight loss because they deliver wildly important nutrients that aid weight loss.  Your goal is to consume as many leafy greens as you can.</p>
<p><strong>5.  Eat Breakfast</strong></p>
<p>This is the number 1 diet mistake that women make, they don’t eat breakfast.  When you wake up, your body is fuel deprived. If you don&#8217;t eat, you lower your metabolism, starve your muscles, and wind up taking in most of your calories late in the day.</p>
